Educational Daycare

The owner of the private daycare, located near the magnificent Parc de La Promenade Bellerive in Montreal, plans to double the capacity of his establishment. The project includes an annex located at the back of the existing building, designed with a view to integrating it into the surrounding urban landscape. The choice of geothermal energy and local and renewable materials reflects an environmental sensitivity. The new spaces are bright, comfortable and functional. In the second phase, it is planned to redesign the interior of the building and dig a basement under the existing part to provide storage space.
